When starting Pilates I was using two puffs of Beclometasone morning and evening.  I used several puffs of Ventilin during the day when required. 

After three months I noticed an improvement and did not need to use the Ventilin anymore, currently I use one puff of Beclometasone morning and evening.

Also within only two to three weeks I noticed I was able to squat down when gardening for a longer period,    and did not have achy legs when I stood up ...excellent! 

My general ability to do physical movements without an adverse effect has continued to improve
