Pilates and Marilyn Turnbull is the best teacher I
have come across. She puts together interesting
classes; explains everything so you get the best
out of them because you understand what you are
trying to achieve; she never has too any people in
a class, so that she can evaluate everyone
individually and gives advice and correction where
needed. I find her classes absolutely marvellous
and very beneficial.
If only all Pilates teachers were like
Marilyn...."

When starting Pilates I
was using two puffs of Beclometasone morning
and evening. I used several puffs of
Ventilin during the day when required.
After three months I
noticed an improvement and did not need to use
the Ventilin anymore, currently I use one puff
of Beclometasone morning and evening.
Also within only two to
three weeks I noticed I was able to squat down
when gardening for a longer period, and did
not have achy legs when I stood up
...excellent!
My general ability to do
physical movements without an adverse effect
has continued to improve
