Pilates is a great form of exercise, and I do hope that you will come along and try one of the courses that I am now running.
I teach in lessons in various locations, including Stoneleigh, Ewell, Worcester Park, Epsom,
Leatherhead, and Dorking.
My classes are also small; I do not take more than twelve clients in any one lesson. Teaching my clients this way allows me to give each of them individual attention where needed.
After a few demonstrations of exercises I will be watching and helping you.
My main objective of the class is to ensure that my participants are doing each move properly, and getting the most out of each lesson.
Classes will be run on a course basis to allow me to get to know you all individually and allow me to prescribe specific exercises or adaptations.
I teach my clients the eight key principles to Pilates, which will enable them to feel the benefits both internally and externally.
